Mr. Vaughan, a partner with Park, Vaughan, Fleming & Dowler LLP since 1998, specializes in drafting and prosecuting patent applications for innovations in software, networking, wireless communications, data storage and other areas.  He also advises clients on intellectual property issues, particularly as they relate to their business strategies, and assists clients in identifying their innovations that merit protection.
